Our experienced team is one of our greatest strengths. Many of our staff have been with us for years, bringing extensive knowledge, dedication, and a genuine commitment to delivering quality work. Founder Darren has more than 40 years’ experience across the viticultural and agricultural industries. His wealth of knowledge, practical experience, and ability to find solutions, to deliver the highest level of service to our clients.
Supporting the business is a dedicated management team. Shirlene oversees the day-to-day administration of the office, while our Operations Manager, Jake, manages vineyard developments and works closely with clients to ensure every project runs smoothly. Our Office Manager, Clare, keeps the business running efficiently behind the scenes and also assists in supervising operations during the busy planting and grape harvest seasons.
